What you will do

• Manage ServiceNow incident backlogs.
• Coordinate RUN activities and stabilize solutions after the build phase.
• Define and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Support and train users on reports and data models (self-BI).
• Work in complex environments.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data and Business Intelligence projects.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow incident backlogs.
• Experience coordinating RUN activities and stabilizing solutions after the build phase.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
