What you will do

• Support Senior and Campaign Producers across multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Manage shoot logistics, including booking crew, locations, travel, equipment, and documentation.
• Coordinate material sourcing by liaising with production companies and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison with in-house edit facilities and external production partners.
• Handle financial administration, including raising and tracking purchase orders.
• Schedule edit suites, voiceovers, and audio sessions while monitoring workflow bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Experience in TV, digital production, or creative operations.
• Practical understanding of both studio and location shoot production.
• Familiarity with brand design and post-production processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and file-management tools.
• Must be based in the UK to support hybrid working in London.

Nice to have

• Experience using SAP, ScheduALL, or similar production management systems.
