What you will do

• Take full technical ownership of projects as the Lead Developer.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle from design to delivery and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects to align technical decisions with business and security standards.
• Ensure feature delivery within agreed timelines while proactively managing risks.
• Maintain high quality standards through clean code, code reviews, and testing practices.
• Drive continuous improvement across development processes and team practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Java (Java 8 or above).
• Strong experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in systems integration and distributed environments.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven architectures like Kafka.
• Experience with Cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React.
• Experience in high-scale or high-availability systems.
