What you will do

• Develop and share agentic AI workflows and tooling to improve developer productivity and reduce cognitive load.
• Build and maintain reusable platform capabilities, libraries, and system templates for secure, scalable backend development.
• Engage with stakeholders to foster cross-team collaboration and gather feedback on developer experience.
• Promote best practices for system design, operational excellence, and cloud architecture.
• Produce high-quality documentation for platform tools and workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Helsinki, Finland
• Solid programming skills in at least one of TypeScript, Python, or Rust.
• Experience building robust deployment pipelines using tools like Pulumi or CDK.
• Proven ability to design and build data-intensive, fault-tolerant, and secure systems in production.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on developer enablement and platform product thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience running, monitoring, and debugging production systems at scale on AWS (EKS, DynamoDB, S3, Aurora RDS).
