What you will do

• Manage end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for new products, features, and iterations.
• Own the strategy and optimization of customer journeys to increase engagement, retention, and CLTV.
• Use behavioral data to form hypotheses, run experiments, and prioritize growth improvements.
• Analyze and segment customer cohorts to tailor lifecycle interventions.
• Partner with product, analytics, design, and BI teams to influence roadmaps and strategy.
• Define triggers, audiences, and business outcomes for lifecycle communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product marketing or a senior marketing role with measurable impact.
• Strong command of product marketing principles applied across the full customer lifecycle.
• High fluency in data analysis and evidence-based decision-making.
• Track record of setting and delivering against ambitious KPIs.
• Ability to excel in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Prior experience in the blockchain industry.
