What you will do

• Develop and manage regional financial plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts.
• Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the regional finance team to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage compliance, tax filings, and external audits to ensure unqualified certification of accounts.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital in collaboration with the Global Treasury Team.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions and new business investments.

Requirements

• Experience in overseeing financial operations and FP&A across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, global financial policies, and tax laws.
• Proven ability to lead and manage finance teams.
• Experience in risk management, internal audits, and business contract review.
