🔸Variant Group — a small but rapidly growing team independently develops popular B2C SaaS products.

Responsibilities:
🔸Managing and growing the r/pdfnet community — creating a welcoming space that people want to return to;
🔸Publishing content: feature breakdowns, professional tips, lifehacks, and product updates;
🔸Real-time monitoring of mentions of pdf.net on Reddit, with timely responses and assistance when needed;
🔸Collecting user feedback and turning it into actionable insights for the development team;
🔸Monitoring competitor mentions and being present when users are frustrated with Adobe, DocuSign, and other solutions — to offer a faster, more convenient, and friendlier alternative.

Requirements:
🔸Be an active Reddit user with high karma;
🔸Quickly learn and understand the product, grasping new information on the fly to provide effective technical support;
🔸Have a strong knowledge of Reddit memes and formatting rules;
🔸Have experience in social media growth / community development.

What we offer:
