What you will do

• Analyze player behavior and CRM performance across campaigns, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and monetization.
• Measure the impact of CRM initiatives, including push notifications, in-game messages, and lifecycle communications.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, holdouts, and incrementality frameworks to determine true campaign impact.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports in Looker to facilitate faster, data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with Product Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to improve data quality and tracking.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data, Product, or CRM Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills, with experience using BigQuery being a plus.
• Proficiency with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience analyzing player behavior, retention, engagement, and monetization trends.
• Working knowledge of experimentation methods, including A/B testing and holdouts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Experience in mobile gaming, consumer apps, or other high-scale digital products.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis, automation, or statistical modeling.
• Deep understanding of player lifecycle concepts (onboarding, activation, churn, reactivation).
• Experience with audience segmentation and personalization frameworks.
• Experience using AI frameworks or agentic coding tools such as Claude Code.
