What you will do

• Manage and improve SSO and identity platforms with a focus on the Ping Identity suite.
• Implement PingCentral automation and self-service capabilities to streamline IAM operations.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues across AD, networking, and DevOps environments.
• Streamline federation between Ping and Entra ID.
• Perform platform upgrades and enhance system resiliency.
• Support MFA setup, user campaigns, and day-to-day IAM incident resolution.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Strong expertise with Ping Identity suite (PingFederate, PingOne, PingOne Protect, PingOne MFA, PingOne DaVinci).
• Experience with hybrid infrastructures and cloud-based IAM platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and PowerShell.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) technologies like Terraform and Jenkins.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
