Location: Remote within the continental United States (Denver-based candidates are preferred and encouraged to work hybrid).

What you will do
- Develop and ship fullstack features using Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, and React.
- Own the entire software lifecycle from technical design and implementation to testing and deployment.
- Modernize legacy codebases by introducing solid engineering principles and reducing technical debt.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into business-impacting solutions.
- Maintain high code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
Requirements
- Significant professional experience with TypeScript, React, Ruby on Rails, and PostgreSQL.
- Must be based in the continental United States.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering meaningful features or complex systems.
- Expertise in modern testing philosophies and experience improving slow or non-deterministic test suites.
- Ability to work self-directed in a high-growth environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Playwright, Slack bots, and workflow automation.
- Background working in a startup or high-growth company.
- Experience building CI/Editor tooling to improve developer experience.
