What you will do
- Design visual assets for digital campaigns, including paid media, social media, display, CRM, and landing pages.
- Ensure brand consistency and strict adherence to visual guidelines across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Propose visual improvements and iterate on assets based on performance data and A/B testing.
- Support the ongoing evolution of the design system and brand asset library.
- Provide professional guidance and feedback to junior designers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, specifically within digital environments or agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Strong mastery of visual design fundamentals, including typography, color, composition, and hierarchy.
- Proven experience in digital design and performance marketing environments.
- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency preferred.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
- Experience in high-volume creative environments such as gaming, betting, e-commerce, or startups.
