What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver high-performance, scalable backend features.
• Work with modern technologies including Kotlin, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Product, Design, Data Science) to solve complex technical problems.
• Influence technical direction by participating in software and service architecture discussions.
• Champion strong engineering practices, including code quality, testing, and automation.
• Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in backend development using Kotlin, Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript.
• Experience with messaging and/or streaming frameworks such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Strong experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as CircleCI or GitLab.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or working with microservices architectures.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Exposure to data engineering or analytics platforms.
