What you will do

• Present hirify.global’s technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospective and existing customer accounts.
• Execute hands-on demonstrations and proof of concepts (PoCs) to communicate the value of the technology throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify and develop technical champions within accounts to drive technical wins and close deals.
• Maintain deep expertise in the hirify.global roadmap and competitive landscape to effectively position the product.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve product offerings based on customer feedback.
• Partner with ecosystem and implementation partners to build joint architectures and account strategies.

Requirements

• Experience as a Solution Engineer or Architect within a SaaS environment or related fields like data engineering or analytics.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data analytics, and cloud technology.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical features into solutions that solve specific business problems.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German language.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with modern data technology such as dbt, Spark, containers, Git, or DevOps tooling.
• Knowledge of AI, data science, and machine learning technologies.
• Experience with business value assessment or deep knowledge of specific industry verticals.
