What you will do
- Reconcile payment gateway processing transactions across multiple bank accounts and providers using Excel and internal tools.
- Identify, summarize, and resolve outstanding items and discrepancies according to operating procedures.
- Collaborate with FinOps, Customer Support, and IT teams to investigate and resolve reconciling items.
- Produce and review routine and ad-hoc internal and external financial reporting.
- Monitor balances, evaluate payment risks, and suggest actions to prevent future issues.
- Provide guidance, supervision, and support for junior team members.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar reconciliation position.
- Advanced practical skills in Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Reference Functions).
- English: Upper Intermediate (B2) level required.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle large volumes of information and meet strict deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for working with remote, cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power Query.
- Previous experience in supervising a team.
- Fundamental understanding of bookkeeping.
