What you will do

• Design meaningful and engaging levels, balancing challenge, reward, and player progression.
• Collaborate with art, programming, and narrative teams to create cohesive environments.
• Conduct playtesting sessions and analyze feedback to optimize level designs.
• Manage project timelines and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Ensure level feasibility within technical constraints by working with technical artists and programmers.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of game design experience with a strong focus on FPS level design.
• Participation in at least two AAA titles with a polished portfolio.
• Deep knowledge of gameplay systems, narrative design, and player psychology.
• Proficiency in Unreal, Unity, CryEngine, or proprietary engines.
• Strong scripting skills for events, triggers, and AI behaviors.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
