What you will do

• Take ownership of level design from initial concept to final implementation.
• Design and iterate high-quality layouts for FPS and action gameplay.
• Implement player guidance systems and ensure intuitive navigation.
• Use terrain and verticality to create strategic tactical opportunities.
• Place and tune gameplay elements including AI, triggers, and objectives.
• Collaborate with art, tech, and narrative teams to ensure a cohesive experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Level Designer with at least one shipped FPS or action title.
• Deep understanding of level design principles like flow, pacing, and sightlines.
• Expertise with modern level design toolsets, specifically Unreal Engine 5.
• Strong spatial thinking and ability to translate gameplay goals into 3D layouts.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and creating design documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
