TL;DR

Salary: €50,000–€60,000 per year

What you will do

  • Perform full-cycle design of complex electronic boards and modules, including specifications, schematics, and PCB routing.
  • Lead bring-up, debugging, and fault analysis phases for hardware platforms.
  • Define and evaluate hardware architectures, analyzing the impact on software, FPGA, and industrialization.
  • Manage technical risks and provide trade-off analyses between cost, time, and robustness.
  • Mentor junior engineers and act as a technical authority within the hardware remit.
  • Collaborate closely with software, mechanical, and industrialization teams.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of proven experience in complex electronic systems design.
  • Advanced proficiency in schematic design and PCB constraints.
  • Strong knowledge of EMC and industrial validation standards.
  • Technical degree (5-year program).
  • Fluency in technical English (reading, speaking, writing) is essential.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Châtillon, France.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the video technology field.
  • Knowledge of FPGA and VHDL development.
