What you will do

• Drive the architecture and implementation of navigation and PNT solutions for autonomous platforms.
• Develop navigation systems resilient to GNSS degradation, jamming, and spoofing.
• Design multi-sensor fusion algorithms utilizing GNSS, INS/IMU, RF, and vision.
• Design test plans, run simulations, and validate performance against targets.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, EW, and ML teams on technical interfaces and system trade-offs.
• Contribute to design reviews and maintain requirements traceability and documentation.

Requirements

• MSc in Engineering (aerospace, robotics, EE or related); PhD is a plus.
• Strong mathematical background combined with good physical intuition.
• Experience with GNSS, INS/IMU and navigation/estimation filters (e.g., Kalman filtering).
• Experience with navigation in GNSS-denied or contested environments.
• Solid software and algorithm skills (combined algo + software profile).
• Rigorous, structured, and mission-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with RF and EW constraints (GNSS jamming/spoofing).
• PhD in a relevant field.
