What you will do

• Conduct high-volume flight testing of newly assembled interceptors to validate systems and hunt for flight anomalies.
• Manually operate and stress-test various platforms including multirotors, fixed-wing, and flying wings.
• Execute demanding on-site flight missions under diverse weather and environmental conditions.
• Maintain rigorous safety protocols and follow structured test checklists during high-throughput operations.
• Report detailed flight observations to engineering, production, and industrialization teams.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience piloting RC planes, flying wings, or multirotor UAVs.
• Strong discipline to run repetitive, structured test cycles with unwavering focus on safety.
• Valid driver’s license (Permis B) and ability to transport flight gear.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean startup environment.
• English: Basic technical proficiency required for guidelines and reporting.
• Must be available for daily field work in Orly, France.

Nice to have

• Official drone pilot certifications or instructor ratings.
• FPV racing or freestyle experience.
• Past experience in military units or field-oriented professions.
