What you will do

• Design and build core systems for hirify.global Companion, including agent orchestration and recommendation engines.
• Develop AI-powered features to automate real business tasks and improve customer outcomes.
• Create high-quality backend services and frontend experiences using Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Design, evaluate, and optimize LLM-powered workflows, prompts, and agent coordination.
• Build reusable AI platform capabilities that empower other engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Analysts to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a senior or technical leadership capacity.
• Strong full-stack expertise with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Hands-on experience building production AI products using LLMs, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows (LangChain/LangGraph preferred).
• Proficiency in distributed systems, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Must be based in Germany, Italy, Portugal, or Spain.
