What you will do

  • Project manage broadcast rights deals from approval through to event selection and operational allocation.
  • Manage the planning of all live and non-live content appearing on the platform from multiple partners.
  • Act as the primary operational liaison between Central Planning, Production, and Broadcast Operations teams.
  • Advance plan broadcasts for sports properties, estimating kick-off times and managing fixture announcements.
  • Cultivate relationships with suppliers, host broadcasters, and rights holders to ensure accurate planning data.
  • Manage broadcast channel capacity and proactively resolve scheduling clashes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Leeds, UK
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in sports media, broadcast workflows, and multi-platform distribution.
  • Excellent knowledge of or willingness to learn sport competition formats.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work responsibilities.
