What you will do

• Produce engaging social posts and video content, primarily for Instagram and YouTube.
• Collaborate with programming and digital teams to create original formats and series.
• Coach presenters and producers on digital best practices to build engaged audiences.
• Manage end-to-end projects using analytics to improve content performance.
• Execute campaigns across on-air, online, and social platforms.

Requirements

• Passion for social media, video trends, and the indie/rock music scene.
• Deep understanding of the Radio X brand, tone, and music policy.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Experience with video editing in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
• Proven experience in building a professional or personal digital presence.
• Must be located in or able to commute to Leicester Square, London
