What you will do

• Manage creative projects through the design process to ensure quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Partner with the creative team to develop strategies and present design projects to clients.
• Collaborate with Creative, Production, and Finance departments to manage client expectations.
• Mentor Account Coordinators on process and project contributions.
• Oversee the photography process to align with client and design visions.
• Identify organic growth opportunities through exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

• Proficiency in O2, EQ Live, and Excel.
• Ability to deliver strategic creative briefs that inspire design solutions.
• Experience in managing project estimates, forecasts, and invoices.
• Strong professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago, IL office (Hybrid).
