What you will do

• Own the end-to-end integration of the platform into external client infrastructure.
• Coordinate deployments, upgrades, and release planning with client DevOps and IT teams.
• Troubleshoot platform interactions, SIP/VoIP systems, gRPC services, and production latency.
• Deploy and configure platform components using Kubernetes and Helm.
• Analyze logs and debug incidents to remove technical blockers on the client side.
• Lead architecture selection for new pilots and cluster setups.

Requirements

• Client integration experience managing end-to-end software deployments and coordinating with external IT teams.
• Technical proficiency in Python, Node.js, Go, and Bash with the ability to read and troubleshoot unfamiliar codebases.
• Expertise in gRPC and REST API development and integration.
• Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and inter-service communication patterns.
• English communication skills: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher for technical and customer-facing environments.
• Strong autonomy and ownership mindset to drive projects independently.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm charts in production.
• Familiarity with AI/ML pipeline architectures, including inference servers and ASR/TTS systems.
• Experience in the banking or fintech industry, particularly with security and compliance requirements.
