What you will do

• Lead a diverse range of client projects, ensuring exceptional quality, adherence to deadlines, and budget alignment.
• Act as the central communication hub between clients, Client Service teams, and internal departments (Creative, Design, Content, Operations).
• Optimize project management processes and implement tools to enhance team workflow and project tracking.
• Coordinate resource allocation and talent deployment in partnership with studio operations.
• Develop detailed production execution plans, including QC plans, milestones, and project dashboards.
• Perform final QA on all assets to ensure execution aligns with the client brief before final delivery.

Requirements

• BA or higher in Graphic Management Services, Design, or Marketing/Business Administration.
• 6+ years of proven project management experience, preferably in a design environment.
• Profound understanding of branding, design, and print-production (Flexo, Litho, Gravure).
• Must be based in the US (excluding AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for a fast-paced agency setting.

Nice to have

• Specialization or concentration in packaging.
• Experience with Adobe software suite.
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings.
