What you will do

• Identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption by working directly with company stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear technical briefs and actionable tasks in Asana for the development team.
• Manage projects end-to-end, including scoping, timelines, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
• Independently prototype AI and automation solutions using Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, and API integrations.
• Maintain the knowledge base by documenting processes, decisions, and product behavior.
• Coordinate releases and perform quality testing.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Project or Product Manager.
• Ability to write technical briefs and break down ambiguous problems into concrete steps.
• Daily, hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor.
• Practical experience with the n8n automation platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Must be available to work in the CET timezone.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Russian.
• Understanding of CRM system architecture.
