This is a rare leadership opportunity for a senior talent professional who wants true end-to-end ownership across the talent lifecycle — from acquisition to broader talent strategy and people development.
What you’ll do:
— lead the full talent agenda across the organisation, covering hiring strategy and broader talent initiatives
— own and evolve talent acquisition processes, frameworks, and team performance
— partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organisational growth, and talent decisions
— shape employer branding and talent attraction strategy in a competitive market
— build scalable hiring excellence and stakeholder capability across the business
— contribute to wider people strategy in a high-growth, international environment
What we’re looking for:
— proven senior leadership experience across the full talent lifecycle (acquire to retire)
— strong background in talent acquisition, talent development, and strategic workforce planning
— experience leading teams and partnering with executive stakeholders
— ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed
— experience in fast-scaling, digital, marketplace, or tech-driven environments is a strong plus
