What you will do

• Support the newly elected workers council with ongoing activities and employee relations matters.
• Drive the overall talent strategy for the Central Europe region, focusing on Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
• Collaborate with sales and wider stakeholder teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Utilize technology and data analysis (Excel) for HR reporting and strategic decision-making.
• Influence leadership on the strategic importance of HR and promote a solution-oriented mindset.
• Participate in global projects and initiatives to contribute to international goals.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience as an HR adviser, consultant, or people business partner.
• Proven experience with employee relations (ER) and workers' council matters.
• Strong consultation skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and a strong interest in data analysis.
• Ability to work from the Munich office at least three days a week.
