What you will do

• Maintain and update the online marketing repository (e.g., SharePoint or internal tools).
• Keep campaign and sales materials up to date, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Use no-code tools (e.g., Figma) to update internal and external content.
• Coordinate international marketing projects, meetings, and rollouts with colleagues across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
• Assist in preparing and testing content for AI-enabled tools and help implement/refine AI-generated marketing materials (training provided).
• Provide admin and hands-on support for project tracking, documentation, logistics, and ad hoc campaign asset requests.

Requirements

• Enrolled as a university student (preferably in marketing, communication, media, business, or a related field).
• Strong organizational skills and a digital mindset.
• Comfortable using tools like Figma (or equivalent content editors).
• Experience with AI tools and curiosity to explore more.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Able to work independently, proactively, and in a structured way in an international, cross-cultural environment.
