Procurement Intern (FMCG)

Location: Must be a resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number; hybrid work required at the Amsterdam office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Lead and support cross-functional projects at European and global levels to drive productivity and optimization.
• Act as an interface between Procurement, Quality, R&I, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
• Support supplier performance tracking and monitor the implementation of action plans.
• Assist in the definition and deployment of European sourcing strategies, including tenders and negotiations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to improve category visibility.
• Explore and test new ideas leveraging digital tools and AI to enhance procurement efficiency.

Requirements

• Enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics, or Engineering for the full duration.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number (non-EU citizens require a valid Dutch residency permit).
• University must sign a three-party agreement for non-EU citizens.
• Available to start in July 2026 for at least 6 months, 5 days per week.
• Able to work from the Amsterdam office at least 3 days per week.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
