What you will do

• Evaluate and curate submitted toy lots to ensure high auction standards
• Create accurate, compelling, and professional item listings
• Provide fair market value estimates for transparent transactions
• Review and manage submissions to maintain a high-quality marketplace
• Collaborate with Sales to attract new sellers and expand auction inventory
• Partner with Marketing to increase visibility and bidder engagement

Requirements

• Must be based in Italy, France, Germany, or the Netherlands
• Expert knowledge of iconic toy brands like MOTU, My Little Pony, Goldrake, Playmobil, and Funko
• Proven commercial experience in a relevant domain
• Strong eye for value, desirability, and market trends
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to mediate disputes with diplomacy and professionalism
