What you will do

• Manage all aspects of event production, including logistics, vendor selection, and onsite execution.
• Develop and implement holistic event strategies aligned with organizational KPIs.
• Manage production budgets, optimize resources, and identify revenue-generating opportunities.
• Lead and provide guidance to a team of producers and freelancers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful event delivery.
• Handle administrative duties including contracts, invoicing, and securing event permits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the event production industry.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• Professional fluency in English and German.
• Proven track record in vendor negotiations and detailed budget management.
• Strong understanding of technical production and fabrication processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel domestically and internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Experience as a construction manager or in theater construction.
• Knowledge of promotional tools like Facebook and Instagram.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
