What you will do

• Support spend reviews and analysis per subcategory, working with each category lead on insights and opportunities to contribute to the overall performance of hirify.global.
• Support the Procurement team in negotiations and tenders across a broad scope of categories, from Marketing and SaaS to Workplace expenses.
• Contribute to the day-to-day management and administration of our P2P tool.
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of AI-driven solutions to optimize Procurement workflows and tooling.
• Help measure purchasing performance and process efficiency through the monitoring of KPIs and dashboards.

Requirements

• You are currently in a Master's program, ideally specialised in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business.
• You speak French and English fluently.
• You are motivated, rigorous, and autonomous.
• You have strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• A genuine interest in AI and its applications to improve business processes is a plus.
