What you will do

• Build realistic consulting project environments based on real engagement dynamics, including industry context and financials.
• Design structured tasks for AI agents that mirror real consulting work, such as market sizing and commercial due diligence.
• Develop grading frameworks and golden-answer solutions to calibrate LLM-based grading systems.
• Translate authentic project experience into end-to-end examples from problem structuring to client recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&).
• Proven experience structuring ambiguous client problems into workable analytical plans.
• Ability to build financial models and synthesize findings from complex inputs.
• Experience producing client-ready deliverables under significant time pressure.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.
