What you will do

• Evaluate solution proposals for practical viability and alignment with M&A best practices.
• Draft realistic scenarios and case studies based on professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from multiple stakeholder viewpoints including HR and integration leads.
• Identify gaps and unrealistic assumptions in AI outputs to provide clear, actionable feedback.

Requirements

• Senior-level integration and change management leader with significant hands-on experience in major transformation initiatives.
• Must be located in the EU or UK.
• Demonstrated ability to advise on and execute broad-scope change projects.
• Highly organized with the ability to provide structured, effective feedback.
• Available 8–20 hours per week with the ability to respond promptly.
