Что делать

• Manage and mentor a team of 5–8 fullstack developers.
• Write and review code with a 70/30 split in favor of management.
• Define technical designs and lead the development of the internal API platform.
• Manage technical debt and maintain the team's technical backlog.
• Ensure adherence to company processes, guidelines, and delivery deadlines.
• Conduct performance reviews, onboarding, and 1:1 meetings.

Требования

• 10+ years of development experience, including 2+ years as a Team Leader or Engineering Manager.
• 5+ years of experience in product companies.
• 5+ years of experience with the core stack: TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka.
• English proficiency: B2+ required.
• Strong people management skills including hiring, development, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work in a distributed team environment with 9:00–18:00 CET availability.
