What you will do

• Manage the production area to meet operational, quality, and cost objectives.
• Plan, organize, and supervise the production team to ensure timely order execution.
• Optimize production processes and implement Lean Manufacturing tools to increase efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop team competencies and foster a culture of commitment and responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards like GMP, HACCP, and IFS.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in production management, preferably in the food industry.
• English: B2 level or higher for business communication.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, GHP, HACCP, IFS, FSSC22000).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and production data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP systems.
• Must be available to work onsite in Ostróda, Poland with a valid Category B driving license.
