Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Lithuania). 2 days in the office are recommended.

Salary: €3,483 - €4,100 gross per month

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end maintenance process across the PUDO network in USA, FR, BE, NL, PT, and ES to ensure high uptime.
• Drive and monitor key maintenance KPIs, including MTTR, SLA adherence, and first-time fix rates.
• Manage external vendors and service providers, holding partners accountable to contractual obligations.
• Identify operational gaps in maintenance workflows and implement scalable corrective actions.
• Lead cost control initiatives, review maintenance expenses, and validate vendor invoices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network reliability and reduce incident frequency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in network maintenance, field operations, or project management in a multi-market environment.
• Strong understanding of service performance management and maintenance KPIs.
• Track record of managing external vendors and enforcing accountability.
• Solid analytical skills to identify issues and optimize processes using data.
• Operational discipline with a lean mindset and focus on cost efficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Vilnius office according to the hybrid model.
