What you will do

• Support customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone.
• Ensure that delivery operations run smoothly.
• Collaborate with the support team and other internal teams to develop the support function.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian and professional working proficiency in English.
• Ability to work directly from the office in the heart of Tallinn.
• Ability to work 4-hour shifts, 5 times per week, between 08:00–22:00.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
