One Two Play is a modern store of smart toys, books, and board games for families. We are growing both retail and e-commerce direction and are looking for an experienced Commercial & Retail Manager to lead business growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage online and offline sales as one integrated system
β’ Monitor KPIs, budgets, and business metrics
β’ Increase customer retention, repeat purchases, and overall performance
β’ Manage assortment, pricing, margins, and forecasting
β’ Coordinate marketing and sales operations
β’ Lead and develop the team
β’ Optimize internal processes and improve efficiency
Requirements:
β’ Experience in retail and/or e-commerce management
β’ Strong analytical and leadership skills
β’ Data-driven and strategic mindset
β’ Fluent Russian and English
β’ Valid Cyprus work permit
Would be a plus:
β’ FMCG or premium retail experience
β’ Understanding of CRM, customer journey, and unit economics
