TL;DR

Talent Sourcer (HR): Identifying and attracting top candidates across various technical and business domains with an accent on proactive sourcing and pipeline building. Focus on implementing creative sourcing strategies, leveraging AI-powered tools, and mapping talent pools to meet ambitious growth goals.

Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Lithuania) — 3 days from the office, 2 days remotely per week

Salary: Gross around 2000 EUR/month

hirify.global is an email and SMS marketing platform built for ecommerce brands to make sophisticated marketing effortless through intuitive automation.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for Software Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, networking, and social platforms.
  • Experiment with AI-powered tools to make the sourcing process smarter and more efficient.
  • Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement to spark interest in opportunities.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Research talent pools, competitors, and market trends to inform sourcing strategies.

Requirements

  • Around 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
  • Genuine interest in AI and its application in HR and recruitment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Experience in IT sourcing.
