Salary: $107,000 - $179,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end integration and test (AIT) oversight for next-generation satellite programs.
• Manage spacecraft assembly and verification from component integration through launch site operations.
• Define and own the AIT strategy and team performance to ensure mission readiness.
• Collaborate with systems engineering and suppliers to review parts selection and manufacturing quality.
• Drive verification and validation (V&V) efforts to ensure compliance with system requirements.
• Oversee supplier AIT plans, test procedures, and ground support equipment (GSE).

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in spacecraft integration and test (I&T) or AIT environments.
• Proven track record of executing end-to-end spacecraft integration and test campaigns.
• Experience with environmental testing (thermal vacuum, vibration, acoustic, EMI/EMC).
• Willingness and ability to travel to supplier and launch sites as needed

Nice to have

• Experience with both spacecraft and optical payload integration and testing.
• Familiarity with laser communications and intersatellite links.
• Proficiency in spacecraft test scripting or automation (e.g., Python).
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Project Management experience.
