What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows across business units including sales, marketing, and compliance.
• Integrate AI tools with existing company systems to monitor performance and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with department leaders to identify inefficiencies and lead automation projects from planning to deployment.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and user guides to support employee adoption of AI technologies.
• Serve as an internal consultant for AI-related process improvements and responsible AI usage.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term AI strategy and operational transformation.

Requirements

• Must be within driving distance of Chesterfield, MO
• Experience implementing AI, automation, or operational technology solutions.
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
