What you will do

• Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of aligned autonomy and continuous learning.
• Translate business priorities into actionable engineering roadmaps that leverage advanced AI capabilities.
• Drive the design and implementation of AI solutions, including LLM-powered decision automation and fraud detection.
• Define best practices for model evaluation, governance, and monitoring to ensure reliability and security at scale.
• Build systems for continuous model monitoring, A/B testing, backtesting, and drift detection.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to deliver a cohesive AI-driven user experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10–15 years of industry experience in software, machine learning, or data engineering.
• Proven experience building and leading engineering teams to deliver advanced AI solutions and LLMs.
• Hands-on expertise in model fine-tuning, in-context learning, and custom evaluation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of model monitoring, governance, and regulatory requirements in AI-driven environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
