Location: Must be based in Boulder, CO (Hybrid: 2-3x per week on-site)

Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and execute large-scale system test plans and evaluation strategies.
• Verify and validate complex ground software and hardware systems for space sensing.
• Collaborate with government clients and associate contractors to achieve program goals.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
• Participate in test execution, analysis, and reporting for Major Defense Acquisition Programs.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Technology
• 6+ years of experience in test and evaluation and system integration
• Knowledge of systems engineering standards (IEEE 15288.1/2)
• Ability to work on-site in Boulder, CO at least 2-3 days per week

Nice to have

• TS/SCI clearance
• Master’s degree in a technical field
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools
• CTEP or INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications
• Knowledge of DoD 5000 series acquisition regulations
