• Develop and maintain customer relationships to grow your mortgage business.
• Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
• Utilize sales and activity management programs to support your business development efforts.
• Work closely with your Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions.
• Use a sales management system designed specifically for the sales channel to enable your success.

Requirements

• Self-starter with exceptional sales skills.
• Independent, self-managed professional who enjoys developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication.
• Post-secondary education (preferred).
