What you will do

• Operate and adjust processes for multiple equipment types, including Batter Mix, Cutter Deck, Fryer, ADR, and Process Operators.
• Monitor line flow and waste to correct problems affecting quality and production costs.
• Perform safe and efficient line changes as directed by Production or Team Leads.
• Maintain 5S standards in assigned working areas to ensure clean and safe conditions.
• Execute routine checks such as CILs and FSILs.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement efforts and plant safety programs.

Requirements

• Ability to work any shift, overtime, and any day of the week in accordance with plant needs.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English using prints, sketches, and technical manuals.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate the safe use of tools common to the plant.
• Commitment to a minimum of one year in the position upon qualification.
