What you will do

  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for business resilience and continuity efforts.
  • Establish standards for the Disaster Recovery program and coordinate regular testing of procedures.
  • Lead the development of recovery strategies and facilitate communication between business and technology groups.
  • Oversee the annual business continuity documentation process and cross-training initiatives.
  • Define recovery benchmarks and provide executive leadership with real-time reporting on readiness.
  • Supervise external consultants and junior members of the Risk Management team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business continuity or IT Disaster Recovery.
  • 5+ years of management experience in resilience or related fields.
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS or consulting firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of business continuity and IT disaster recovery standards and planning.
  • Technical proficiency in infrastructure recovery, network connectivity, and storage restoration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Nice to have

  • CBCP certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with BCM or GRC tools and platforms.
