What you will do

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to grow the mortgage business.
• Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
• Participate in targeted sales training to build sales skills and credit knowledge.
• Work closely with your Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions.
• Utilize a sales management system designed for the sales channel.

Requirements

• Highly motivated individual with exceptional quality sales skills.
• Independent, self-managed professional who enjoys developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication.
• Post-secondary education (preferred).
• Arabic language proficiency is considered an asset.
