Staff Product Manager

TL;DR

Staff Product Manager (Fintech): Leading the full product lifecycle for a secure freight transaction network with an accent on strategic alignment, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on translating complex business challenges into actionable user stories, mentoring the product team, and driving product strategy to enhance partner business operations.

Location: Preference for onsite in Dallas, TX (4 days/week), but open to remote candidates within the US.

What you will do

• Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with software engineers, designers, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision-making.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.
• Mentor and inspire the product team while influencing key stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, including 2+ years in a senior or staff-level role.
• Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
